Ladies Muay Thai

Class description

This is a ladies only class and will suit those of all ages, fitness and skill level. It is perfect for beginners or those who are wanting to train with other like-minded supportive women. The 1 hr session will incorporate a combination of bag work, pad work and light sparring drills. It has been designed to help build confidence, skills and fitness, in a fun and friendly environment.

Grading

Gradings run every 3 months and are optional but strongly recommended. We use a fully graded system using coloured armbands to denote each level.
