Brett is the director and founder of AMMA Gym, which he opened in 2002 to provide a dedicated space for Muay Thai training. With a rich background in the sport, since 1989 including extensive training in Thailand, he has cultivated an environment that fosters skill development and a passion for Muay Thai among all members.

Jay is an accomplished Muay Thai athlete, having won multiple titles including the ISKA Lightweight State Champion in 2020 and the WMC MTA Super Featherweight Champion in 2022, with a fight record of 14 bouts (9 wins and 5 losses) over his 17 years at AMMA. Since 2012, he has also been coaching at AMMA, sharing his expertise and passion for the sport with the next generation of fighters.

After five years of training in Muay Thai, this sport has evolved from a simple fitness routine into a profound passion, continually to strive to master its intricate techniques. Having explored various martial arts, I find Muay Thai uniquely compelling due to its blend of adrenaline and technical detail, making it an exhilarating journey of constant learning and improvement.
